GERARD CLARK

Gerard Clark is the Manager of the Access to Justice Policy Team in the Ministry of Justice. Gerard has worked in the Justice sector for the last eight years, including roles as Private Secretary to two Ministers for Courts, Adviser to the Chief Executive of the Ministry of Justice, and Principal Adviser in the District Courts Operations Group. Prior to his work in the Justice sector Gerard was involved in significant reform projects in areas such as civil defence and gaming and gambling. Gerard has a Masters of Public Policy and a Batchelor of Arts in Education.
