PROFESSOR FRANCIS REGAN

Francis is Professor of Legal Studies at Flinders University. Over the last 15 years he has conducted legal services policy research in Scandinavia, Australia and more recently in China and Chinese Taipei.

He is currently working on a comparative legal aid book with Prof Jon Johnsen.
