Ms Orla Harkin

Orla manages the Agency's Grants Operations team and has been with the Agency for 4 years. Prior to this, Orla worked in the litigation team of a large New Zealand law firm. Originally from Belfast, Orla is a Barrister of the Inn of Court of Northern Ireland and, before immigrating to New Zealand, worked as a barrister and as a legal assistant with the Northern Ireland Legal Services Commission.
