Ms Nadejda Hriptievschi

Nadejda Hriptievschi is currently working as a legal consultant in the Public Defender Office Chisinau. Nadejda is also a consultant on access to justice and criminal justice with the Soros Foundation - Moldova. Nadejda has worked as Junior Legal Officer for Legal Aid Sub-Program of the National Criminal Justice Reform Program at the Open Society Justice Initiative, Budapest, from January 2003 to December 2006. She has worked as legal intern with the Constitutional and Legal Policy Institute, Budapest, Hungary, on national criminal justice program from August 2001 to December 2002, with a break from April to June 2002 when she has interned with the Registry of the European Court of Human Rights, Strasbourg, France. Nadejda received a Master of Laws in Comparative Constitutional Law with additional specialization in Human Rights at Central European University in July 2001 and a law degree at the State University of Moldova in June 2000. Her main interests are legal aid, criminal justice and legal education.
