MARGARET PEARSON

Margaret Pearson as the Manager Service Contracts has managed contracts for service from community law centres and approved service providers of the Legal Services Agency in New Zealand since May 2003. Margaret has been with the Agency since its establishment in 2001. Margaret’s work has involved establishing new providers of community legal services; developing and implementing contracts and related management processes for community law centres; and developing and implementing listing criteria and provider conduct management systems for providers of legal aid services.

Prior to working for the Legal Services Agency, Margaret has had 5 years management experience in the social services sector. This included management of service delivery and public/private sector relationships in a Government setting.
