Work experience:

From 1997 to present, work in Legal Aid Center of Ministry of Justice. Worked in several other divisions like research division before. Now deputy division chief of Cooperation and Exchange Division. Has participated in compiling and writing some books, like General Interpretation to the Regulations on Legal Aid, Research on Chinese Legal Aid System, etc. and also written several articles on legal aid in periodicals, for example,“An Introduction to the Legal Aid System in China” on CHINA LAW .

Education experience:

In 1997, Graduated from China University of Political Science and Law, got the Master of Law Degree From August 2002 to May 2003, participated the EU-China Legal and Judicial Cooperation Programme Lawyers Component Year 4, studied European Law in UK, Spain, Denmark and 5 other EU countries.
