Searching for papers

The search engine uses what is sometimes referred to as implied Boolean logic:

• + stands for AND
• - stands for NOT
• [no operator] implies OR

The following rules apply when searching:

• Title, author, and tags are all searched.
• Entering multiple terms will find all matches for ANY of those terms.
• Words must be spelt correctly.
• Only complete words will be matched.
• Putting a phrase in double quotation marks will match that exact phrase.
• Adding a + in front of a word or phrase will require that term for any matches.
• Adding a - in front of a word or phrase will require that term to be absent for any matches.
